Luis Laguna is an architect and Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading complex design and construction projects across North and South America, and the Caribbean. With expertise spanning urban planning, residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects, Luis integrates design excellence, sustainability, and constructability into every project.
He has held senior roles in both architecture and construction management, overseeing projects from concept to completion. His experience includes working with diverse project teams in both the public and private sectors, delivering high quality civic buildings, financial institutions, residential complexes, and more. Luis is known for his ability to navigate complex construction processes, ensuring effective communication and timely, on budget delivery.
Luis holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture, a Master’s in Architectural Design, and a Postgraduate Degree in Interior Architectural Design from a Technological German institute. He is also completing a second Master’s in Executive Project Management Construction at the University of Miami.
As an international member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and with building code certifications in both Canada and the U.S., Luis combines architectural innovation with a practical understanding of construction requirements. He is also a member of Heritage BC, contributing to the preservation and celebration of architectural heritage in British Columbia.
