Based on the Owner’s loft concept, 2+ Architects, in collaboration with Zyscovich Architects, designed this 4th floor Interior build-out to include collaborative workspaces wherever possible. The open work space was organized to foster better communication and idea sharing, as well as break down hierarchical barriers, reduce the need for emailing and formal meetings, help decisions get made more quickly, and promote more physical movement during the day.

The space now includes high-tech communication systems to meet today’s office needs and also entertainment and seating areas, conference rooms, library, kitchenette and teleconference booths. The 2Plus Team provided space planning and construction administration services for this project.
